Outreach Ministry

Mission

The primary mission of the Outreach ministry is to "seek and save the lost". The secondary objective of this ministry is to evangelize - " Making disciples of new Christians" by continued visitation to new members. The ministry seeks to train others to teach the lost through the use of special classes, seminars and one-on-one bible studies. The third mission is to promote the growth of the Church by developing various programs to implement continued growth of the saints and new convert classes for new members.

Goals

Advertising and promoting church activities in the community and through all available media.
Work closely with the Education ministry in developing special studies for new converts
Follow-up with contacts obtained by the Benevolence ministry
Involve the youth in various outreach efforts to teach and encourage the next generation to carry on the work of the Church
Develop programs to canvas and encourage activities within the community
Provide upkeep and maintenance of bible correspondence courses for outreach to the community
Ensure christian tracks are available in the foyer for visitors.
